New arrival yesterday a Westclox Issued ..... " Green Beret Watch ".
These were issued only to the ..." Special Forces Green Beret's ".
Got it from original owner. Had it in a box all these years and decided to sell it because he broke the winder.
This one has a ..... Radium Dial ", as of the newer " Tritium Dial ones that came out in the later 1970's.
Original pictures are off the seller.
Last ones are mine of it now.

Aloha Sir, No the original owner said he had that on it. I have to find a
original strap for it yet. It is a about ....19m canvas type for originals.
I have ...(5) Five now and (4) Four Original Plastic case ones also to finish.

For this one ..$10.00 USD, I can not loose.
Its all original but the winder was broken. I have two more needing new
Balance Wheels to fix them.
Aloha ...... Louis / LongBike

I have always been so captivated by these pieces and the stories the could tell. The wars were such tumultuous times, the bullets whizzing by and the constant chance its host or owner was in harms way. Obviously every piece of a soldiers gear was present during wartime but a watch was a critically important piece of. I have such respect for Louis's collection and the stories that each one took part in on a daily basis. Every one was relied upon for critical info down to the moment. The heroes relied on them and planned by them. Made rendezvous with them and the remain as viable today as then. In fact heroes themselves in many ways. So cool ! Thanks for sharing Louis and aloha to you !
