Where did all the rotted lume that fell out of the hands go? Probably into the movement.

Those areas of the dial that have turned green, I had an orange 7548 like that once. Sold it cheap with close up of the affected parts although[ the first buyer returned it because he didn't realize how bad it was so he made up an excuse to ebay. Sold it next to another guy who understood why it was so cheap, probably for parts. Not an attractive aging process!

Chapter ring, hands and bezel are pretty far gone along with the dial.

I will admit to having grown to like "burnt toast", see below, but "burnt orange"? Maybe it's because I am a Floridian, I don't even own an orange dialed anything burnt or otherwise
this is my fav burnt toast though, from the Great Barrier Reef
