Probably a glass case back, like the older models from which this series is derived. The design is almost the same, but the colors have changed. Also I expect they use a similar movement as the older Riki's (7S26 derived without the day complication).
Note: Typing AKQ0001 in a search engine will turn up a few images of this new series.
