I posted this question on the Watchmaking/Tinkering forum, and was advised to repeat the question here (to reach more readers).
In short: can anyone advise me how to safely remove the stem on a Seiko 7813 quartz movement? If you look at one...and the official tech sheet...it is not at all apparent.
The parts list refers to needing 1 of 3 tiny wrenches...but I suspect these pertain to one piece cases, which I haven't got.
I will be quite appreciative of any insight you may have to offer.
Thanks.
