This happened to me. Essentially, what you have to do is let the watch unwind itself, then knock the watch on a desk with a little force. You hold the watch so the crown side hits, or the non-crown side, or the 12, or bezel, or stand on your head while pedaling your feet. Something like that :). It just takes a very directed knock to set everything straight. Mine was running a few seconds fast per minute, which seems faster than yours, so maybe its a different issue?
