I have one of these nice titanium divers I bought new several years ago, and although I have worn it a fair bit in and out of the water, it is still in excellent cosmetic shape. I am now seeing these watches being advertised on ebay for ludicrously high prices. I like this watch, but the no-hacking, no-winding limitation has always bugged me. I see that new NH35 movements can be had on ebay for peanuts, and sapphire crystals and ceramic bezel ring inserts are also available, so I was thinking I should do some upgrading. Is there any good reason I should not proceed with this work? Has this watch somehow become a valuable rarity that I shouldn't mess around with?

Thanks,
Dez
