That's right folks. The crystal on this may need polishing unless Stefan can come to the rescue:93:






My latest 6139-8002 project from 1971 with the 6139A movement. I think it has potential as it is all working well and cost £40. Keep you posted how it turns out

Cheers Mate, I may have to do that, I had a closer look and it is scratched very deep.

Thanks rob3rto, I checked them out but £50+ is over my budget.
I got a very deep scratch out of one of my crystals a while back and it looked spot on.... then... 2 weeks sitting in my sock draw and bang it shattered all on it's own. There is a limit on how much glass one can remove it would seem :rolleyes:
