Having a look at my blue Sumo last night, I was stunned how shagged the bracelet looked. So I hit it with a scratch brush and a 3M Scotchbrite pad and it looked good as new.

Today, after a morning at my desk, it looks like hell again! On the upside, the scuffs happen around my wrist where I can't see them, and on the clasp.

I'm shocked at how hard desk diving is on bracelets, & I don't like to work in long sleeves. Anyone share this experience?

I'm OK at the desk, but concrete is my enemy. Just sit on my front steps for a few minutes and I get scuffs. I didn't even realize the watch was touching.

The brushed finish on the SS is notoriously easy to mar/scratch. The brushed finish is really nothing more than tiny raised ridges in the steel, that do not take much to flatten, and cause a blemish in the appearance.

I wear my beaters at work/home.
My favorites come out to play only when the special occasion arrives, and then I protect the watches like a bodyguard protecting a President.
