How to remove stem from crown

Hi everyone

I have a Seiko watch for which I have to replace the stem. Its a Seiko with analog movement and perpetual calendar and the stem is broken. Its movement is 8F56A.
The problem is when I put the stem in stem vice, and try to unscrew the crown, it turns but does not come out. It seems to be not screwed and looks like as it is held in side with a something else which allows it to turn around but does not come out. I tried to pull it out too but does work.

Any idea how to take out this stem from the crown.

Hi Jaswant,I can't tell exactly from your photos, but it appears that you may have a stem/crown assembly type of system, meaning they are not meant to be separated, but rather replaced as a unit. You would then need to buy a new stem/crown assembly for that case reference (8F56-0090).
