Good afternoon gentlemen.
Originated I have one question ... how to wind the watch? Well not to break the anything in them :) If anyone has this information, please share.
Maybe here and discussed it, but unfortunately I could not find ...

It depends on the type of movement you have. If it's an automatic, shaking it from side to side for about 30 seconds will wind it enough to start it. If it's not an automatic movement, hold the watch in your left hand and turn the crown away from you until you it stops. That's how you wind watches.

You can't really overwind, I usually give the crown 30 turns. (Only the ones I set the night before, otherwise a couple of turns and on the wrist it goes.)

Excuse me gentlemen, I may be incorrectly expressed. Two years ago in one forum to spread links to how you can get or start Seiko depending on caliber. Had in mind a mechanical watch. That is one cal. allows the plant to watches twisting the crown in one direction only. Others allow a bit to let the crown and to the other side ... That is, first there and back a bit :) Hopefully I'll explain more clearly? :) Thank you all for your patience ...)

He might be asking what to do after winding it, and if it has to be turned back
so much to them let it be to use it.
I have seen many wind it then turn it back a couple clicks.
I think that is what he might want to know about it.
And also if it is necessary or proper to do that on a watch.
A lot of older people I see do that.
Is that what you mean by what you are asking ......... Sieger ?

Sir it should just wind and start going,
if it is a winding watch. I would say as long
as you do not wind it to hard to snap the Crown.
The others just shake side to side ( Left to Right ) , for about
20 seconds or so and it will begin to work.
