hey i was looking today as always and seen a Seiko marked on the wheel ...Seiko Time Corp...assembled in Taiwan Japanese parts..how long did this happen?...anyone ever hear of this?...i was very surprised...

well this a old watch..70's..maybe older..just never seen those markings...

so it was a limited thing..i wonder if it makes it more or less valuable to be made there?..
