I've done a few of these. You need to remove the movement (remove the mode select pusher at 4pm, then the plastic movement holder, then the movement itself), you can then push the crystal out.




the pusher to remove is top right in this picture. See the words PUSH on the metal lever. If you depress the small dimple then the pusher can be pulled out.

You don't actually have to remove the bezel to replace the crystal.

The crystal will push out (so not into the watch). You really need a crystal press to do this - supporting the case with a hollow die that is big (wide) enough to take the crystal as it is pressed out.

To fit the new crystal you will need a press - it is pressed into the hard nylon gasket. Make sure (if you do this) that the crystal is flat when you start to apply pressure to press it in.
