Hi -- My wrist's daily companion for the last 34 years was recently mauled by a battery-replacement guy. A better-informed technician tells me the coil was damaged.

I bought the watch in 1983 but the back suggests it may have been made in 1981. I guess the movement is a 1400?

I'm looking for help in determining how to get replacement parts; any notion of what other models used these guts, which seemed to be slightly unusual.

Very grateful for any assistance. Photos should break out the numbers readably.

Thanks so much,
SE.
