well it looks very nice...i would love to get it but bad timing for me too...thanks for heads up...
I was surprised at that as i felt certain I would win it for a TSTA so so case only went for not much less the other day... 7C43 seem to be either vgc and priced accordingly or salvage jobs... not too many come up in average working condition. It just pays to ask a bunch of questions of the seller and get as many photos as possible I guess.
Sorry about that... wasn't sure about item number but just saying 7C43 would be enough to find easily. Still learning...I was surprised at that as i felt certain I would win it for a TST![]()
ps: Rule 15
15. do not link to live auctions (auctions that are not closed yet) on eBay or any other auction sites. The only exception being links to auctions or sales offering watches that are fakes or “frankened” (composed of incorrect parts) and being advertised as original. This exception only allows links to be posted for discussion purposes. However, members are encouraged to link the auction images instead of linking the auction itself;
Good luck I hope it works out for you, parts are a pain to get for the 7c43 and you can buy some of the parts new but they aren't cheap at all. For that price I would stick with a 7548 which are super reliable and easy to get parts for it but that just my own opinion of course.Maybe the movement is dead, into a "long term project drawer" it will go, I'm very patientmaybe cleaning and lubing will be enough.

It hasn't arrived yet, still waiting for the snail mail, and I am a little nervous it'll be a lot worse than imagined. Everything will go in to the case regardless. That's all I'm saying for nowDid you pick up 'that' case then? The one on the bay last week?
What was condition like in the flesh...
