I often see Hamilton Khaki quartz military style watches for sale over on the WUS sales forum and I am pretty amazed that they can be lower than $100 for the basic models.
They look great and I am pretty tempted for one.
Anyone fancy posting a few wrist pics and some observations in terms of quality and build?
Regards

I had been looking for a black faced chrono. I had looked at a Citizen eco drive but I wasn't sure if I liked it or not.
I ended up buying a mixed bag of watches off craigslist that had the both the Citizen and a Quartz Hamilton Khaki field chrono.

Between the two I liked the Hamilton better. They were similar in size (though the citizen may have been a smidge thicker). On the citizen, the lumed hands were a bit more green than the white of the numbers which turned me off. The Hammy is definitely white and black. I wear it on a Maratac mil series band, OEM Hamilton Oxblood or Hirtsch Liberty.

I bought a Hamilton Khaki SWAT on Ebay a few years ago. It was a pretty good deal. $75 for brand new Hamilton with sapphire crystal. I like it a lot. It has good lume, even the second hand. It's quite accurate, -2 secs per month. Its movement has 7 jewels and is very similar to that of my Omega Seamaster quartz. Attached are some photos.

Greg- I tried that Citizen on in a shop, and even accounting for the fact it was relatively cheap, I thought the build was a bit 'lightweight' and it certainly didn't say 'buy me'.
In those comparison shots the Hamilton looks far better.
I saw the white Hamilton Khaki Quartz on WUS a while back and wish I'd bought it now, and once I had that no doubt I would have gone for a black dial too.
Thanks for the shots guys

I don't know if Hamilton has different codes based on bracelet or leather bands (like citizen) but I found the what appears to be the same model as mine on a bracelet as model # h65412133 at Princeton Watches.

I had searched the Hamiltion website with no luck and this was I could find.

BTW here is a caseback shot of mine as well,
