Market. I think one is the export version, though I'm not sure which one that would be - I think it's the GW9200-1V, but I'm not positive. Other then that I think they're the same thing.
Over at WUS, if you ask that in the G-Shock forum somebody would give you the straight facts for sure.
I copied this picture from the WUS G Shock forum which shows the code for model numbers. It isn't complete, but good enough to give you the idea of what they mean.
The JDM models do end in JF. In this figure the V is coded to VER, which I am not sure what it means. I did look and Casio USA lists the model as GW9200-1 which are the most important parts of the code, so I am sure they are the same model.
