We invited 8 guests over last night for dinner. The Sockeye Salmon that I caught on my Alaskan Adventure was prepared three ways...Ceviche, Blackened, and Baked.

Those look fantastic, Blackened is one of my favorite ways to cook a filet.

It really is without comparison..a client I have here in California regularly travels to Alaska and always brings back some fresh catch.

He says the fish is wrapped and frozen almost immediately after coming out of the water and then he keeps it frozen on the plane trip home.

I just cooked up a batch this past Sunday..

Always wanted to go along on one of his trips..maybe someday I will!
