Up for consideration is a fully restored and all original Seiko Automatic Diver 6309-7040. Manufactured April 1980
Here are a few particulars associated with the watch.
Case: fully restored by me to original finish. ie, the case topsides rebrushed to the correct finish and the remainder of the case gas been hand buffed back to a soft luster. The case lines are straight and crisp.
Bezel: rotates with nice firm clicks throughout. The original insert is very nice but has finish marks as visible in the photos.
crown: takes 2 1/2 full turns to close.
Gaskets and flat oem 320W34GA crystal are new
Movement: the 6309a movement is clean, runs strong and keeps very good time. The service history is unknown to me
Original Suwa dial / hand set are nice. The lume glows but fades fast due to age. There is a patina to a couple markers and on the second hand.
The watch will ship with a solid link oyster bracelet and Swedefreak fitted endpieces. The bracelet is full length and should accommodate wrists +8 inches
