Up for sale is a unique 1981 Bell&Ross style Seiko Silver Wave 2628-0040. This watch is the first cockpit instrument styled wristwatch ever produced. It measures 34mm x 34mm square and 8mm thick. Lug to lug measures 40mm, and with the crown you get 37mm across. Lug width is at 22mm, which isn't quite shabby for a 30 year old watch. As far as water resistance, there are no markings on it that shows any depth stamping. Comes with a Zulu strap that will fit at the least a 7-inch wrist.

The watch is powered by a small 2-jewel Cal. 2628A hacking quartz movement that runs at 32,768 Hz. The dial features a blue sunburst finish with a small seconds sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position. Contrasted by legible Arabic numeral fonts with single heavy ticks at the hour markers and an easy to see double tick at the 12o'clock mark. Sword style hour and minute hands compliment the fonts quite nicely. The crystal is of flat mineral glass measuring 28mm in diameter and framed by a matte black polyurethane bezel. I am asking $175 shipped CONUS. No overseas shipping at this time.

Thanks for looking!
