Well, this is exactly what you would want to see when buying one of these rare automatic tunas. Hardly a mark on it, save a couple of tiny scratches on the crystal, two minor ones on the shroud, and a few obvious ones on the caseback. Recently serviced this is keeping near-perfect time. My Timegrapher reads between -1 sec/day and +2, so it is basically right on. The beat error is at .5, which is outstanding.
The bezel is stuck and most likely needs to be lubed with a silicone gel or have the bezel gasket replaced. If you were to take it into the water it should be pressure tested first. Gorgeous light patina on the indices but not hands (as is most common). The strap is a genuine Seiko flat-vent not original to the watch.
