Seiko 7548A quartz movement, complete with stem and crown from a 200m diver... movement is in running condition, as it started up immediately upon installation of the (included, brand new) battery. All works well except for the day disk, which doesn't quick-set properly (no crisp "click" and it doesn't line up properly) and it moves a bit when the time is being set. Shouldn't be too difficult of a fix. Anyways, if you have an out-of-commission vintage Seiko quartz diver, this could be a pretty inexpensive solution to bringing it back to life. I'm asking <b>$28</b> via Paypal for this, which includes shipping within the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail.

i was going to try to buy it, i glossed over the date, and year too. i really could put this
to use cheaper than a service at seiko usa, which is my next alternative, i like them....

I do not know if it is an admin tool available here but on another forum I participate in when you try to reply to a necro thread it pops up a warning telling you that this thread has not be replied to in X number of days, you can just click it out and reply. I do enjoy necro-threads myself kinda like "oooh" I want that and then uggg, necro thread.

The point is, nobody takes notice of the rule on not posting a reply here.

Enjoy necro for what it is, a blast from the past its mostly the FS necros that get peoples panties in a bunch, just sayin. Me personally I'm glad I "got here" big thank you to the owners and admin.
