Seiko 6138-8020 Panda, s/n 534081 dates it to March 1975. Original dial in excellent condition; no stains, nothing refinished, and the red tip on the sweep shows almost no fade. Chrono functions well and resets to zero, power reserve is excellent. Running approx -1 minute per day, a routine service appointment would certainly improve that; the 6138 is not know for terrific accuracy, but it can be made to do better (my other 6138's perform around +/- 15 seconds per day).
The original, signed bracelet is short; will fit a wrist of approx 6.75." I have an extender in the clasp which buys an extra 5/8," and will include it with the watch.
It's a real looker, and these are getting harder and harder to find with an original dial in clean condition. I'm not happy about letting it go, but I just bought one of my all-time-want-it watches, and need to recoup a few bucks.
$250 includes Priority Mail to any US address, add $20 for Europe and Asia.
Thanks for looking!
