This 6139 dial for a 6139-6010, 6011 or 6012 was purchased by me as a NOS item and I have no reason to believe that is not the case. There is some darkening of the lume from it being about 35+ years old but it still has some life when charged (it looks better in the flesh than these pictures which are in the shadows..). The blue tachy ring is in very good used condition without any marks or fading but there is a very small ding at about the 7:00 position which is not very noticeable but can just be made out in the picture below the '90' mark.
