I have for sale a Seiko 6309-7040 diver, serial no 471944 dates it to July 1984.

The 6309 movement sets, winds and runs well, keeping good time with a decent power reserve.

Watch has not been professionally timed and service history is unknown.

All parts are original to the watch, including the bezel insert, hands and dial.

Dial is in good condition though the lume is now dead and spotty.
Hands have the dreaded "lume rot" tarnish around the lume, which is in similar condition to the dial lume.

Crystal has several scratches of varying depth and length.

Bezel insert is the original with lens over the lume dot and has scratches and marks.

The bezel itself has 2 dings at the 29 and 33 minute marks and rotates both ways without clicks.

Click ball is present but jammed deep inside the hole.

Case, caseback and screw-down crown are all in good condition, used but not abused.

Crown screws down with 3-4 finger rolls.

Comes head only.

Watch has not been pressure tested so no guarantee of water resistance.

Price is $175 USD shipped anywhere in the world by registered signed-for delivery.
I accept paypal and will absorb the fees.
