John had this one for sale and I had a half dead donor watch with the same movement.
It wasn't unwanted, he just has too many projects
After some cleaning, replacing the steppermotor with the missing gear for the good one from the donor the watch works again I also used the nicer looking backplate from the donor.

The partly disassembled Bulova and the donor Bulova below. You might be able to see the broken stepper motor still in the watch.

WOW! Nice! For some reason, I've been seeing a bunch of Oceanographers lately. What year is that one from? I've seen them marked Accutron, but I can't recall seeing any marked quartz like that. That is really SWEET!
