A shift in personal finances means I am having to let go of some of my higher value/lower wrist-time pieces - this is one of them.
Dating from Sept 1997 this is a lovely example of fairly scarce and highly-prized hi-beat GMT model. Condition is very good with the minor hairline scratches you might expect from a watch which has been worn carefully in its 15 years. As far as I'm aware this has never been serviced. It runs fine but at around -43s/day it would benefit from regulating and possibly a service (which would also address the one or two specs of dust on the dial). The stiff hand-winding is always true of this movement even when new, and Seiko themselves confirm this.
Being an Asian market model the bracelet is small at around 6.5 maximum, but I can supply it with a good quality shark mesh if you don’t have pixie wrists like mine.
