so bottom line - would you or anyone pay $75 or lowball an offer on a watch a few years old with missing links, no box or papers, from Craigslist?

I would lowball, and if I won it make a Milsub homage mod. Domed sapphire, no date dial, sword hands, NATO...

I've been wanting a Milsub for a while now. I'm all out of funds currently (what's new?), but by the time Dan releases the 5517 and 9411 I might just have the $$$ again!

I shouldn't laugh. He's a great guy and I really feel for him with the troubles he's had...
