Hi all, I'm quite pleased to have just received this early Citizen LCD from an eBay seller in Morocco. One mystery though, the case back has the model number 60-1136, but Googling that number, I get this: CITIZEN - 60-1136
As you can see, it's the same case and bracelet, but with a different module (the caliber 9011). My watch looks like this one: CITIZEN - 60-1110, with module 9012, but that has model number 60-1110. So did I get the wrong case back or the wrong module? Could be either I guess... they were both made in 1976 and share most of the same parts... perhaps it's a rare transitional? ;)

Can't help with your query but that's a nice catch. I know it's been discussed before but really like the way they replicated a traditional watch with a wind style crown like the 0124 and 0139.

A solid design. I can't imagine what it cost new!

Adding to the confusion, here's a watch for sale on an auction site that's identical to mine, but with no model number on the case back. I'm going to guess Citizen was playing fast and loose with the case backs around 1976, maybe mixing and matching some of their parts.

This looks like mine with 4-05111 on the case back, from 1975:
455689

455690

455693

This one also has that case back (I actually have a broken one of these too). The module on this one was first sold in 1973, and at this time Seiko was making more interesting watches. They were probably eager to sell them all off.

I bought it on a $10 Best Offer. I figured I'd regret if I didn't and it turned out my case back is not correct. Thanks, John, for the heads up!
