Hi vintage Seiko lovers,


I am bidding on this lovely (if polished) old Seiko...

But the price has gone to US$500, and I don't think I want it that bad!


It is hard not to get caught up in the competitive part of bidding against someone else (Mine! Mine! Mine, mine, MINE!) but I am having trouble justifying the cost for it.

Yikes! These eBay auctions are stressful!! hmy:


I am used to auctions where a bid increases the amount of time for other bids.


These just become a free-for-all in the last few seconds!! If you can't respond fast enough, or have not set your "max bid" to your real spend limit, you can get run right over!!
