Citizen Promaster Marine Auto NH3821: any thoughts?

One of these, or both, may be my next purchase. Take a look at the bracelet on the yellow. Is that a trick of photography, my eyes, or just a really thin bracelet? Does anyone here own one of these, or both? Movement guess...Cal. 8200? Looks like a stationary bezel. I really do love the shape, as well as those funky hands! I need to see shots of the underside to help me decide.
