I am looking to replace the dial on a EC9480-09E (6038-H06905), which is a ladies diver of about 30 mm.
The lume is gone and I'd like to present it to my daughter, who is slowly growing into watches.
Her next one should be a automatic, IMHO.
Is there a secondary market for Citizen parts or can one just order it from Citizen itself (perhaps thru a dealer).
Also, Google hasn't found a resource yet for me regarding partnumbers and such. So any help is appreciated pointing me in the right direction.
