hi all,


finally got myself a blue Orca, off ebay.
the bezel is able to turn both ways and sometimes doesn't click.

how easy or hard is it to get the bezel off without marking the titanium and what would be the best way to do it?

any advice from anyone who has actually done it before would be much appreciated.

I had one of those although I don't recall the bezel being bi-directional. It should be uni-directional with 60 clicks. I do remember there was a fair amount of play in them. To remove the bezel you could use a knife (with tape on it to prevent it from scratching) to pop it off.

They make bezel pullers with four wedges to pull them off evenly - probably your best bet.

I've removed Aqualand bezels with a knife and lots of tape for protection, but they can and do bend when prying in only one place. Also consider the crystal when prying a bezel off, don't want to damage it.
