I recently acquired an older Citizen digital.
It's supposed to have a chronograph function.

But I can't figure out how to activate it.

I found a YouTube video. But it has no instructions. The chronograph function is demonstrated at 1:36 mark of the following video:

Any help would be great appreciated.

Thank you

Looked there.
Couldn't find manual. Or a lead.
Not sure if I missed it.

Thanks for the input.

Top left is definitely Mode switch, which would take you to the chrono function, but if that does not work, it would suggest an issue with the contacts.

While pressing MODE button in the dual watch function, press the SELECT button (middle right). This will toggle you between the the DUAL TIME and CHRONOGRAPH modes.

One of the biggest challenges that the digital watch manufacturers had was teaching the new tech to customers
no one had youtube to refer to, so most people were just happy with the correct time and an alarm as well as the night light.
I love your watch - you might have motivated me to try to set my ana-digital ...:ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::LOL:-not

Citizen does respond.

I had also reached to Citizen via email for assistance.

"Unfortunately, due to age of your time piece, we cannot locate the setting instructions for the caliber 9080. We are reaching our to our Citizen global support team for further assistance."

I finally told them I figured it out today.
I had wanted to see if they would be able to furnish the information.
