Hi for everyone!

I would like to show one of my vintage japanese watch which arriwed some weeks ago.
It is a Citizen 555 automatic which is made in May, 1969.
Movement: cal.5470, 21 jewels automatic with date function. It can manually wound also and has quick date set. It has a black painted rotor. Movement number (5470) is signed under the balance-wheel as usual.
The stainless steel case is polished and the crown is CTZ signed.
Case size:37x41 mm. Case number: 4-540379 Y.
The hands have luminous paint.
I think it is an elegant vintage Citizen watch with timeless style.

P.S.
Message to Sweephand!
You can complete your 52xx-54xx movement table with this type.

Hi there :)

Very nice example, and interesting to see this model with a 5470 movement. I haven't included the '555' in the movement table so far because the name has been used on models with different movements. Citizen did this with some of its export models. I've seen '555' on a manual wind 18xx movement as well as a 27j Jet movement. So looks it like there were at least 3 versions!

Sorry for a slow reply, I missed your second post. Yep, no problem I will include it when I update the 'Family Tree' - thanks for posting here about it.
