That's going to be tough for any of us to say. As you mentioned the weight as specifically a problem with the Orient, that will not be a problem with titanium. I am always amazed at how my titanium watch just seems to disappear when I'm wearing it.The crown at 4 helps to make them wear smaller, but I'm sure you know that already. But the SBDBs will wear larger than the SBDX001, both because it is larger and because the bezel goes out further in proportion to the case, and they are quite tall.
These are going to hold their value reasonably well, so you could always buy it, try it, and sell it if it isn't for you, with minimal $ lost.
