I'm one of the few - like you - that regards the OS 300m as much as the MM 300m. Also, the fact of owning both contributes to my opinion, quality wise. Movements differences aside, the case quality, dial, hands, bezel on both watches match, IMHO.
I highly regard both. My WIS mission would not be complete without them.
