My Timex WS4 manual said to regularly calibrate the pressure sensor for altimeter/barometer.
I flipped through the PDF manual for the Riseman and it sounds like they said it doesn't need to be calibrated under normal use, but they do show how to do it manually if inclined.
I wouldn't imagine the technology or implementations between the Casio and Timex sensors to be all that different, and I'm surprised to see the recommendations for use be so different.
