I don't undesrtand why, I disassembled the calibre to the barrel and it seems to me the spring inside it's ok, it didn't run before disassembly and it's not running after reassembly. Any clue? I don't see what the problem could be here.
Remove balance and pallet fork. Then wind main spring a half turn with screw driver, does the escape wheel spin stop and then reverse a bit? If not then you have a problem with train bridge. Maybe to much play or binding. If ok then problem with pallet fork or Balance. Sometime hairspring will touch and not rotate. Did you clean Diashock Jewels?
With the amount of information provided, I must day it is impossible to come up with an answer.
So - what Melt said, with one addition:
Check the screws on the Barrel and Trainwheel bridge. One screw is directly above the barrel. If for whichever reason the screw in there is wrong (i. e., too long) it will block the barrel from above and thus cause problems.
