There were a couple of watches from different brands (I remeber I saw a similar Doxa in an old ad) with that kind of design around that time (late 30s, early 40s).
Nowadays these designs have been revived by Nomos (Tangente) and Stowa (Antea).

Simply Stunning "Art Deco" at it's Very Best. Doxa, Record, Stowa and Zenith that are displayed, That would be a Collection to Die For.
