Battery # question........

1189 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  time
I am expecting a Citizen 44-0019 this week and seller tells me that perhaps the battery in it now is not the correct one due to it's being the correct diameter but not the correct thickness? He thinks it may be the in-correct one so would anyone happen to know what size/model number battery I need to buy for it that IS the correct one??
TIA

is this a crystron model? If it is a maxell SR1130SW should work.
Do you have a picture of the watch so i can compare it to my Citizens?

On mine, they are silver oxide batteries (AKA 390). if that is the case, then they are 11.6mm in diameter and 3.05mm in height.
if you have the caliber number for the watch, you can look up the necessary battery for that particular caliber in one of the three battery guides saved in the forum archive.

Here are a couple of pics..... can you determine from them which is the correct battery for it?
yep, it is a crystron.
although I can not be 100%, my bet is on the battery specs I posted earlier.
the SR1130SW battery.
I have a few Citizen Crystrons, not the exact same model as yours, but they all take the SR1130SW.
