Let's get the FAKE Teal Sunrise Pogues, mostly coming out of the UK so far, perhaps that's where these dials are being produced ?
They seem to be proliferating on our favorite auction site.

Best part: Seller's small font disclaimer below the description:

"Please read: I have attempted to describe the item as best I can. However, I am not an expert. Please note that most items I sell are previously owned and therefore, they will have some expected signs of previous use or wear, Due to its age some parts might have been replaced, if in any way you have doubt please ask before bidding"

Wow they could have not been any sneakerier about that description
Has this hobby now all about the almighty dollar?
Why not say we added the new parts to make it look better?
Or something like that
God Bless,John

These are dishonest sellers that know exactly what they are doing and playing coy about it. In many ways these people are just morally bankrupt. These are the same type of people that throw their McDonald's trash out the window while driving.

The seller below has been peddling his garbage on the bay for years and uses the same "disclaimer".

So many of the fakes turning up on eBay are from sellers in the UK. I sometimes wonder if the same people are registered under different user names?
This guy is just one of them peddling their worthless junk to buyers who don’t know better.

I’ve wondered the same thing. There are three or four UK sellers — including this one — where I just assume that whatever they’re offering is full of fake parts.

Guys if I may suggest, could you please add the Ebay Listing No. along with your posts/links?

This way if anyone comes across an ebay listing of interest, they could use the quick search function here and locate your post. Just thought it would be alot easier this way.

This one is really terrible.. He's a serial UK based pedlar of fakes on the 'Bay. He must be making a lot of money out of his junk, he seems to have a continuous supply of them.

He even states twice that the dial is 'replaced' and other parts may be replaced, but people are still giving him a lot of money.. with over a day left at the auction it has 41 bids already at £600. The whole thing is fake, as are all his offerings. He must be laughing his head off.
