Ok I have a 0903-8099 with a cracked crystal. Popped it out measured it and ordered a 30mm x 1.5mm generic from cousins. Came out ok but that was because it was broken. The problem now is the bezel needs to be removed to fit the new crystal (it wont fit from the top with bezel) and its proving a bit of a beast to get off as there is no indent for a knife. Any ideas?

Thanks for the replies it looks like I'm going to need to remove the bezel with the correct die from the inside of the case. Now to find the correct die as its like 28.5 mm and all mine are full mm and easy brake plastic type. Good links Noah and 7s26b great stuff. I'll have to contact Mike as he has done the deed and survived with scar to prove it.
