Yeah i have a couple of times - just for parts. And they were very good tbh - very responsive and helpful. Refreshing change.

I've used them 4 or 5 times. I found them VERY helpful on the phone and all the work 1st class (I did have to send one watch back as they hadn't fixed the described fault, but they refunded the postage and sorted it second time).
