This time HMT, the Indian watch manufacturer. I believe they used citizen movement designs at one stage. It's a shame, I always like the HMT Pilots watch. :(

Shame. Some of the unmolested ones are nice.
See how many that bloke has? 650 :-O
Norm I don't think there is any comparison between the two, to be honest. HMT make their watches in large volumes, MWC buy case parts most likely from china and put Citizen and Seiko movements in them. These guys are watch assemblers catering to a small segment of the market with small production runs.
The Watch Snob sums it up I feel:

"Small brands can easily be started by some bored IT guy in a cube who wants the name of his favourite Lord of the Rings character on the dial. Think that guy cares what happens to his watches when he’s tapping his superannuation and golfing in 2050? It’ll just be a story he tells his retirement community buddies."
