A WUS WIS found a Asian Seiko 5 50th Anniversary Special Edition
And it turns out there are two of them, their case size is 39.5 mm excluding crown, and they have hack and manual wind features with the 4R36A movement.

The OP put his orange SRP503K1 on a black 2-piece Nato with a central orange stripe and it looks good!!
It wasn't cheap though, he paid the equivalent of US$211 for it at an airport duty free shop.
