Left is a standard one with after market hands in bezel insert.
Middile is modded with 6105 dial, hands and rotating bezel
Right is with an AM scubapro dial and hands, although I think they're a bit too white.

Original strap on the 6309? If so, how does it wear/feel on the wrist after all those years?

It wears very well considering it is a Nov 79 watch, still supple and no cracking, but I mostly wore the watch on AM super-oyster that I then fitted to my SRP (quite a bit of fitting btw) and I have a couple of Uncle Seiko's straps if I was going to really wear it in rotation.
