My guess would be ‘01. Many people don’t realize that you have to AC the movement when swapping batteries.

Back in the day I had several of this caliber. If I remember correctly they ran from ‘93 to ‘02.I checked the one fitted when it arrived, 0.55v......that would be the problem then......

My mistake. It’s been over ten years since I collected this caliber. They are a great chrono but are a little quirky.I did a web search, which I should’ve done in the first place, and it appears the production ran from 1988 to either 2001 or 2002. Here are a couple of relevant links:
