In terms of casing, they all have the same dimensions.

There are different calendar wheels for crown at 3 and crown at 4-ish.

Not sure if I have imagined this but I have come across different thicknesses of the plastic movement holders so you may have to swap them over as well as the movement.

I have also seen that 7S26B movements are a little bigger so when I replaced an A with a B in an 0040 diver the rotor did not swing freely as it catches near the crown.
