The hands are sized by the diameter of the shafts/ pinions to which they fit, not the length.
110/65/20 = 1.1mm / 0.65mm/ 0.2mm . Here's an example of an automatic watch with 150/90/20 hands.
Best to post pictures of what you're trying to describe - it's not easy without. DO NOT remove the insulator unless you want the smoke to escape from your watch - when the smoke is gone, it won't work!!
PLEASE - before you continue, download the tech pdf from the forum and read it, or you will destroy your watch very easily - been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
