not original .. no .. while the watch itself did at the beginning of its life come out of a Seiko factory it has been through harsh times 
The bits I notice are ..
- repainted hands
- repainted dial lume
- poorly repainted dial (the 'chronostop' isn't parallel to 'automatic')
- heavily refinished case
eg. printing on the case back almost wiped off
- non-original bracelet (this model I think comes on a fishbone)
- vastly overpriced!
before committing yourself to expensive purchases it's worth researching a bit further, looking up pictures of the original watch (the model number should be able to help you) and do consider buying off the SCTP .. it's cheaper than ebay due to lower fees and sellers tend to be more genuine.
